MAINTENANCE
Without preventative maintenance, your system integrity could suffer, as even the best equipment will deteriorate. Your system has been designed and installed to protect your safety and security and therefore it should be of paramount importance that it is fully functional.
You also have an obligation under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 to ensure your systems are maintained and working at their optimum. Our Consultants can provide you with further information regarding this legislation, including Fire Risk Assessments which encompass maintenance requirements.
With the knowledge held by Procyon's Service Engineers we are able to maintain almost any system installed in the UK.
The benefit to you is that you only need one Company to carry out your system maintenance obligations, even if you have different manufacturer's equipment installed. This ensures continuation of effective service which will reduce your risk of system breakdown and false alarms.
At Procyon, we are able to offer preventative maintenance options that suit your individual site requirements.
Our service engineers are located throughout the UK, and with our vehicle tracking system this means that we are always able to despatch the closet available engineer to you when you need a call out to a fault or breakdown, minimising any potential disruption to your business operation.
Our call out facility provides you with peace of mind 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Our engineers are all multi skilled meaning that very often the same engineer will be working on your fire and security systems. We don’t provide contract numbers for you to quote in order to book a call out, simply tell us who you are!
Surveys of your existing systems are of course, free of charge, in order to provide you with competitive costs.
We provide you with a fire safety log book to cover a 12 month period at commencement of your contract as part of our service. You may also purchase these from us if you so require.
